By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Delivery times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our “Delivery Info” and “Return& Exchange Policy” page for further information.
In order to contract with JIMMY LIM you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us, or a bank account in your own name. JIMMY LIM retains the right to refuse any request made by you, and JIMMY LIM reserves the right to close your JIMMY LIM account at its sole discretion.
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.
SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Delivery
JIMMY LIM will process your order within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours.
Orders will be shipped on working days only (Monday to Friday).
(Note: Subject to placing your order before specific cut-off times)
Estimated delivery times all exclude weekends and Holidays. We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout page when you place your order and this information will be included in your order confirmation email.
Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days (DHL/Pos Laju/Gdex/Nationwide) / 10-15 working days (International)
International Delivery
All shipping charges will be calculated automatically when your check out based on weight & your shipping country. International orders do not include duties or taxes. The estimated delivery time will be depending on the delivery address and country.
Collect from DREAM MAKERS CLUB BY JIMMY LIM store
Your order will be ready for you to collect in 3-5 working days.
RETURN ONLINE ORDERS
*ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS (MALAYSIA) / 10 WORKING DAYS (OUTSIDE MALAYSIA)
JIMMY LIM provides returns for all items *except Best Buy/Sale/Discounted items
Items must be in its original condition (tags intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
Exchanges for articles which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.
All returns must include the INVOICE SLIP. If you lose your invoice slip, you may find and reprint it in your Account info.
The Return department will get back to you once a return item is received by us and we will email you your credit voucher once the item is received. This normally takes 2- 3 working days.
All returns which do not meet the above mentioned criteria's will be strictly declined and forfeited.
If the requested exchange of colour and/or size is not available, we will refund you via store credit voucher which you may utilize for your next purchase within 3 months.
